- All stone panels and related products supplied by Stone Panels Direct / Grama Blend UK Ltd are designed, specified, and warranted for internal (interior) use only, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by the Company.
- The use of any product in external, structural, or non-interior environments is undertaken entirely at the customer’s own risk.
- Where products are used outside their intended internal application, the Company provides no guarantee, warranty, or assurance of performance, durability, or suitability, and accepts no liability for any resulting damage, failure, or loss.
- Any deviation from recommended use voids all applicable warranties and product guarantees.
Natural Stone Disclaimer
- The Company supplies natural and engineered stone products, including, but not limited to, marble, quartzite, granite, onyx, and composite stone materials.
- Natural stone is a product of nature and is inherently variable. Variations are not defects and are to be expected.
- Typical and acceptable variations include:
- Colour, tone, shading, and veining differences
- Surface markings, fissures, and naturally occurring characteristics
- Variations between slabs, batches, and production runs
- Visual changes under different lighting conditions
- Certain materials, including onyx, marble, and quartzite, may contain:
- Natural fissures or micro-cracks
- Resin, mesh, or other reinforcement materials
- Fillers used to stabilise or enhance the stone
- Such treatments are standard industry practice and do not constitute defects.
Samples & Visual Representation
- Samples, imagery, and display materials are provided for guidance only.
- Samples are indicative and do not represent the full natural variation of the material.
- No guarantee is given that delivered materials will exactly match samples.
- Customers are strongly advised to inspect full slabs prior to final approval, where possible.
Lightweight & Transparent Stone Panels
- Lightweight and translucent stone panels are engineered products comprising natural stone veneers bonded to backing systems.
- Due to their manufactured nature:
- Thickness and translucency may vary
- Light transmission is dependent on stone type, thickness, and backing
- Visible structural or reinforcement elements may be present
- The Company accepts no liability for aesthetic or performance outcomes arising from installation conditions, lighting design, or application methods outside recommended guidelines.
Installation & Handling
- The Company does not accept responsibility for installation unless expressly agreed in writing.
- All materials must be inspected prior to fabrication or installation.
- No claims will be accepted once materials have been cut, altered, or installed.
- It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure correct fixing methods, substrate suitability, and compliance with relevant standards.
Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profit, revenue, or business interruption
- Issues arising from incorrect installation, handling, or application
